Formed in 2008, the International Speed Skating Federation (ISSF) is a non-profit 501(3)(c) organization that was created to provide an active venue for outdoor speed skaters around the world. The purpose of ISSF is to offer a wide selection of information about outdoor speed skating to members worldwide and to promote and attract new participants to our sport.
